User : Hi, I am 15 years old and I was recently diagnosed with tendonitis in my bicep tendon. I am seeming a physical therapist, and he is working on stregnthening the tendons in my right arm. Meanwhile, during the next 2 months, I feel as though I should be working on the rest of my body. What are some of the things that I should be doing to get in shape for baseball without exerting too much strain on my right shoulder?

but most imp is ur legs

User : because squatting with bars of weight on my shoulder hurts

its better u do it under qualified gym instructor
