User :   How should we reduce bad cholestrol without effecting food habits. For e.g.. you cannot avoid eating burgers / fast food every day, i mean we generally one in a fort night. What I mean is "is there any way to reduce the Bad Cholestrol" i.e. by way of "What kind of food i.e. vegetables etc should we eat on general basis to reduce the bad cholestrol.
Doctor :   Why would you want to eat Burger since the best for you to be doing would be to eat the traditions Indian Meal and that is rich in the essential in taking care of your

User :   Currently a yoga trainer comes to assist on regular basis (Mon - Sat) for a hand and leg exercises for 30 mins

User :   What i mean to ask is that what kind of food habits or which vegetables assist in reducing bad cholestrol. Does steaming or frying of vegetables decrease the effectiveness of the vegetables to reduce the bad cholestrol

Doctor :   yes fresh and steamed vegetables will help and avoid the frying of items that will just addon to the excess of the fats that get loaded
User :   I have made it a point that yoga should continue for life although the same may not be rigourous in terms of variety of exercises but in terms of discipline atleast 30 mins every day.

User :   Ok. Is it OK to steam the vegetable and use a bit of oil for flavour which is generally the recipe of traditional Indian foods.
Doctor :   The amount needs to be balanced with the health status in your case also since what is good and healthy for others may not be in your case so you can be the better judge as to your health
User :   Does prolong i mean regular yoga for 30 mins assist in decreasing obesity or weight. I do light exercises like Twist and Turns, Side Bending, Leg lifting for Back etc
Doctor :   Yes it may not help you in reducing weight the way Cardio based exercise will but then it shall alos have the positive influence on your mind and then act on your satiety center that is
