User :   my tummy button sticks out alot but its been checked and its not a hernia and they sid the only way to get rid of it is private surgery but I cant afford it and I know I may sound wierd but I rele wana get rid of it cause its rele knocked my confidence and its all I think about and ive bin thinking about cutting it off what would happen

User :   yeh ma m8 needs to get out of a holiday shes goin on with her m8s next week shes saying she is gona take an overdose the day before so that shes in hospital when they leave how many parecetimol can kill you?
