User :   jst want to take your advice actually i am a dealer and use to sit at least for 08 hrs cont. due to it i am suffering back pain problem kindly give meproper solution for this

Doctor :   4 Take Ibuprofen 600mg tab 2-3 times a day when you have severe pain.
