User :   Hi, I am 37 year old lady. I am having back pain and pain radiating towards calf muscles for the last one month. Took MRI, showing slightly PVID (L5 S1). They said it is in the initial stage. Bulged to both sides. Is there any exercise / asanas to strengthen the back muscles. If so please tell me.
