User :   I have back pain and undergone treatment with a physiotherapist

User :   The physiotheraphist told that it is only a muscular stress and taught me some excercises
User :   also she gave me some theraphies at her clinic
User :   but the pain still continues

User :   the physio told that it would take a time of upto 6months if i properly exercise
User :   i started with swimming also..

User :   the pain is not severe, but irritating during work

User :   no but a fourwheeler daily totally 65kms up & down

User :   no.. the pain is not that severe
User :   usually massaging myself or by someone else gives a relaxation
User :   but it is only until i start sitting next time

User :   i drink might be twice or thrice in a year and same for smoking

User :   height is 178cms and weight is 79kg

User :   nowadays i sleep on floor

Doctor :   hard beddings will be good , sleeping on the floor is also ideal
