User :   i want to discuss an issue

User :   i have back pain
User :   on left side lower back

User :   since last one year
User :   problem is
User :   i am not able to sit

User :   yes .. MRI and XRAY
Doctor :   Is the pain periodec or continous?

User :   problem occurs only when
User :   i sit for around 1 hour
User :   i get pain on left side of my lower back
User :   then i have to take rest of around 1 hour ..
User :   if i do not sit .. i dont have any problem
User :   after physiotherapy of around 23 days it is improving but around 15-20%
Doctor :   What were the results of MRI and XRAY
User :   nothing was found..
User :   doctor is saying you have strain
User :   in your muscles

User :   yes...
User :   8 hours sitting job + 2 hours driving
User :   but for last 2 months since i am unable to sit..

Doctor :   1)You need to walk every half an hour and get up from the seat.
User :   that i am doing for last 2 months
Doctor :   2)First have a regular Physiotherapy sessions that will definitely help you but it is to be done for 2 to 3 months

Doctor :   3)Keep hot water bag 3 to 4 times a day
User :   actually i am doing it for last 23 days ..

Doctor :   6)Never lift anything heavy which would put strain
Doctor :   7)After the pain comes down daily practice back strengthening exercises at home.

User :   what about driving? shall i continue or
Doctor :   How many km are you driving daily?
User :   my office is around 30km
User :   so 30 in morning and 30 in evening
User :   and in last few days .. i feel like my lower back pain is going down in my left leg
Doctor :   So much of driving daily will surely aggravate the pain, use a public transport for sometime.
Doctor :   Yes it may be radiating to the nerve.
Doctor :   When the pain reduces after sometime buy a back belt and later you can wear it while driving or sitting
Doctor :   But it is to be weared after the pain comes down.
Doctor :   Also do not worry the pain may take time to come down but physiotherapy will surely help.
Doctor :   Have you followed what i said?
User :   yes..
User :   most of things i am doing for last 1 month
Doctor :   Please continue them.
User :   now i am planning to leave driving for 1-2 months
Doctor :   You should because 60 km of driving daily will surely be hurting the back.

User :   i have a query regarding

User :   when i start my day in the morning it looks ok... but by 2-3PM walk for 2-3 min doesn't help
User :   and pain keeps on accumulating
User :   i have noticed after pain i need to take rest of around half an hour
Doctor :   Because till then your back is already strained up and in the morning since you get up it is at rest.
Doctor :   You can do one thing: Fry 2 to 3 cloves of garlic in 60 ml of mustard or coconut oil and massage this oil on the back.
User :   in the morning or before sleeping?
Doctor :   Before sleeping.
User :   ok..
User :   and doing more exercise would help in speedy recovery ?
Doctor :   Take tab Celin about 2000 mg daily for few months.
Doctor :   It would help you.
Doctor :   No do not do over exercises till the pain is relieved
User :   i am taking Mysopaz breakfast/lunch/dinner and Willigo after breakfast
User :   doctor suggested me to take it for 2 weeks.. today is my 8th day
Doctor :   Ok they are pain killers
Doctor :   I have suggested you Vitamin C tab
User :   any harm in taking these?
Doctor :   Sometimes its deficiency causes back pain
