User :   My lower back is becoming very tired after 10-15 minutes of walking - I can barely walk for 30 minutes without sitting down. Just one week ago I was walking for an hour with no problems. I am somewhat overweight but reasonably fit and wondering what the problem could be?

Doctor :   The first and foremost remedy to cure lower back pain is rest. You should lie down on the floor, with one pillow under your head and one under your knees. This helps reliving the pressure and weight of your back.
Doctor :   Secondly, you can also try another posture in the same position. Lie on your back on the floor, with one pillow under your head. Place your feet on the chair, bending your knees and hips. This posture also helps to release the pressure.
Doctor :   applying heat packs will really help
Doctor :   your most welcome
