User:I am having a back pain
User:since around 5 yrs
Doctor:take a tablet of brufen after food for pain relief
Doctor:I assume you have got this checked with your doctor, since it has been there for 5 years

User:Yes have check it again few days back
User:he says it seems to be less space L5/S1

User:he has suggested me some tablets and IFT
Doctor:MRI can report specifically on the lesions

User:which i have done but no much reduction in pain

User:no he says go for medicenes it will be fine

Doctor:I usually use snepdol tablet when I have severe pain
Doctor:and I rest completely for 2 days

User:for 2 weeks

User:but i have not noticed any recovery
