User:I am fine thank you
User:My son is 8th month old

User:he is into 9th month now
User:From past 2 days he is passing loose motion
User:very water
Doctor:Does he have any vomiting or fever?
User:no vomit
User:from yesterday evening he is coughing and he has cold
Doctor:Is he responding well?
User:no vomit and no fever

User:Yesterday i gave him little tender coconut water.
Doctor:Ok the diarrhoea is mainly due to viral gastroenteritis
Doctor:Its due to rotavirus
Doctor:and its very common in children
User:today from late morning.....
User:he is breathing with very difficulty
Doctor:Please take him to a physician
Doctor:this needs to be done as soon as possible
User:when he is breathing his stomach goes inside

User:I gave him and he advised,,,,if the loose motion doesnt stop then to give some drops

User:i got an appointment with another doctor...he is available only on the evening

Doctor:If your child is breathing fast but responding well, your child does not need admission
Doctor:Only antibiotics are needed and some expectorant for the cough
Doctor:as far as the diarrhoea is concerned, give him only ORS
Doctor:do you have it at home right now?
User:I have G norm
Doctor:Its not the same
Doctor:I'll tell you how to make it at home
Doctor:In 1 glass water, put 2 tsp of sugar , 1/2 lemon and 1-2 pinches salt
Doctor:I want you to give him 1/2 glass after every stool
Doctor:1 glass = 200 ml
User:Shall i stop the medicine for loose motion
Doctor:No its fine
Doctor:But it will not really help a lot
Doctor:It only works by building the immunity of the gut
