User:Recenly i got checked my BP and got the reading 150/115

User:taking that medicine, i am experiencing lot of doziness

User:Total cholestrol count 267
User:for this i am advised rosewin 5 mg

User:this is the first time i experienced such things

User:as i am started to get all negative thoughts on my health

Doctor:1. Think, understand and realize that the conditions you are having are not that as it is seen.

Doctor:4. Exercise: make sure you exercise for at least 45 minutes daily.

Doctor:And then follow it by some aerobic exercises, which we used to do during our Physical education classes in school.
Doctor:5. Stress relaxation: You can do more concentrated 5 time prayers. That will act as a good relaxation and meditation technique.

Doctor:It will give you more confidence and at the same time will help in relaxing your mind.
