User :   please do
Doctor :
During the sexual activity there are reflex activity that can trigger the increased heart rate and the BP.
User :   ok
Doctor :
It is a natural response to the hormonal changes that occur during the act.
Doctor :
These effects can persist for a few minutes following the sexual activity too.
Doctor :
It is taken to be abnormal if the palpitations and the BP remain persistent inspite of an hour following the activity.
User :   ok
Doctor :
So if you have the symptoms persisting for more than an hour, you may have to be evaluated.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   I've had the symptoms for days now

Ok.
User :   and my chest muscles hurt at times
Doctor :
I shall give you a few tips.
User :   Is this anxiety?
Doctor :   It could be due to the excessive anxiety and the stress itself.
Doctor :
Hence I would suggest you few tips to know that.
Doctor :   1. Take a cool shower bath
Doctor :
2. Blow your mouth forcefully with your mouth closed so that you do not let the air out.
Doctor :
repeat this act.
Doctor :
3. an act of defecation can also reduce the palpitations.
Doctor :
4. Take a nap and rest for 2 to 4 hours.
Doctor :
These are few tips that can reduce the stress and anxiety and also reduce the palpitations.
User :   Defecation???
User :   What's that sorry?
Doctor :   * I mean passing stools. This act can lower the palpitations by means of reflex vagal stimulation.
User :   ok
User :   Thats what I thought but i wasn't sure
Doctor :
If these measures can reduce the palpitations, it sure is due to anxiety and stress.
Doctor :
if the symptoms persist even after these measure, (though the chances are less), you may have to consider consulting your doctor for evaluation.
Doctor :
Have you followed?

User :   Are my risks of being pos high?
Doctor :
Syphillis can present in various forms.
Doctor :
when there is no symptoms the condition is known as latent syphillis.
User :   ok
Doctor :
There are increased chances when the blood reports are high and there is no preventive measures followed.
Doctor :
I would suggest you to take the pencillin or other alternative drugs for the purpose of preventing the infection if the sexual history was recent.
User :   She is starting a course of Moldamin on monday
User :   And I will get a blood test
Doctor :
You may contact your local doctors for the medications as they need prescription of the drugs.
Doctor :
I would suggest it would be good if you do take the treatment your self too to prevent the infection too.
User :   ok
Doctor :
As medical drugs taken earlier can reduce the chances of infection from occurring.
Doctor :
You can contact your doctors for the medications.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   yes thanks
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?
User :   I'm just checking for the values of my girlfriends blood test pls wait 1 sec
User :   positive serum Treponema pallidum IgG, TPHA 1:640
User :   Is this bad?
Doctor :
It is definitely bad.
Doctor :
But the quantitive test for syphillis is based on the reports of reagin tests
Doctor :
TPHA is more of a qualitative test which can be used only to identify the presence of infection.
User :   ok
User :   Do people still die for this disease?
Doctor :   It used to bad a few years ago.
Doctor :
But with the advancement in the medicine now, you find good medications for the treatment.
User :   Will she be ok?
Doctor :
Hence it is not that bad when compared to the past.
Doctor :
As long as does not develop symptoms, it is good.
Doctor :   Symptomatic syhillis are bad.
Doctor :
hence she has to be treated with medications.
User :   I read that symptons occur 2-3 weeks after contact with the infection
User :   It's not true then?
Doctor :   Appropriate medications early can improve her conditions.
User :   Will she die for this?
Doctor :
The incubation period for the infection is generally 10 to 15 days.
Doctor :
The symptoms it produces depends on the stages.
Doctor :
It can produce symptoms such as chancre which is the primary stage.
User :   yes
Doctor :
Secondary stage produce more of skin lesions.
Doctor :
Latent infection does not cause any symptoms.

Doctor :
It can also cause neurosyphillis and tertiary gummatous lesions which are the worse form of syphillis.
User :   yes i read about these
User :   awful

If these symptoms are seen then it takes a long time for recovery and more extensive treatment.
