User :   im not sure if im having panic attacks or seizures they only happen while driving i feel uneasy sometimes i feel like im XXXXXXXX pass out or things feel like there speeding up sometimes after the spells i get really tired and depressed for a couple of days after sometimes this doesnt happen and when my blood suger gets in the 88 84 range i feel sick like im about to have a panic attack please help
Doctor :   0Hi
Doctor :   let me read
Doctor :   this is happening from when ?
User :   out three months now
User :   ive had simler things happen on and off but not as intense
User :   over the years
Doctor :   what is your age and occupation ?
User :   29 audio visual installtion
Doctor :   at that time of uneasiness what physically symptoms do happen ?
User :   oh and sometimes i can feel dizzy almost all day long
Doctor :   like does your heart starts to beat faster and harder ?
User :   sometimes it beats faster
User :   most of the time i feel like i wanna go faster like my adrenaline is going crazy and the spells last anywhere from 30 40 minutes
Doctor :   ok
User :   i remember everything and can function just fine
Doctor :   ok
User :   one time i got this feeling of confusion like i didnt no what was going on but i did
User :   and that lasted for a good 2 hours
Doctor :   previously when you had this type of episodes did you checked with the doctor ?
User :   yes
Doctor :   what did they say ?
User :   i had 2 eegs done so far by to different docs
Doctor :   ok
User :   the first one said i had slowing in my frontal lobe i brought this to my new nero and he said thats not seizure actvity
Doctor :   ok
User :   my new nero has three other docs that work with him and they all said the same thing
Doctor :   ok
User :   im wating for my 2nd eeg to come back
Doctor :   seizure do have the classical physical component
Doctor :   do you ever had that type of physical component in your child hood ?
User :   once or twice in middle school or high school
User :   i got a rush kinda feeling felt like i was going to faint sat down had some water and realxed and i was fine
Doctor :   were you empty stomach fro long time before that incidence happened ?
User :   sometimes it would happen when i drove through the holland tunnal
User :   when it happend in high school i cant remember that was 10 years ago but yeah when it hapens know i dont have that much food in my stomach
User :   ive taken my b/s while its happeing and its 100-105 the last time it happened it was 88 84
Doctor :   low blood glucose levels definitely causes some uneasiness in most of the people and it is evident in you with the episode being aborted with sitting down and relaxing with water
Doctor :   low glucose levels causes uneasiness and a feel of passing out
User :   but i thought that happens when it gets it to the 70s
User :   i took my bs today when i felt like this and it was 83
User :   84
Doctor :   and during that time our body responds with release of glucose from stores and restores the blood glucose levels with in some minutes
Doctor :   so if the glucose is recorded at the beginning of the event it would be much lower than recording at the termination of the incidence
Doctor :   also the speed driving and dark like while passing in a tunnel also are bringing the rush and uneasiness
Doctor :   this seems to be a anxiety response.
Doctor :   there is no symptom that would say you do suffer from seizure activity
User :   not even a simple partical seizure
Doctor :   seizure will have a sensory, motor or both the component
Doctor :   you dont have any of them
Doctor :   there is an other entity called absence seizure but EEG doesent show any evidence of it
User :   nope i just feel like i could run around the block or puke
Doctor :   ok
User :   now does blood suger need to drop into the 70s for this to happen or can it happen in the low to mid 80s
Doctor :   the sugar level need not be 70 or less to happen
Doctor :   in some even 50 do not bring any symptom
Doctor :   in some just below 90 itself triggers the symptoms
User :   cause it seems when mine gets in the mid 80s
Doctor :   keep yourself hydrated and have food time to time
Doctor :   you can avoid the blood sugar related uneasiness
User :   ok
Doctor :   regarding uneasiness and pukeness that is developed suddenly
Doctor :   there is a trigger factor like entering into a tunnel or a fast driving
Doctor :   repeatedly try to get yourself into that kind of situation and you will see that after a few sessions you further dont have such uneasiness problems
Doctor :   the body and mind gets used to the situation and the trigger factor will not induce any uneasiness any more
User :   i drive alot sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt
Doctor :   it happens when you are stressed and it doesent happen when you are relaxed
User :   i could be really stressed out and nothing happens till a week later
Doctor :   lets see what the second EEG has to say
Doctor :   i believe it will come out fine
Doctor :   cause you dont have any seizure related symptoms
User :   or sometimes i could be relaxed
Doctor :   it is more of an panicky types
User :   what do you mean
User :   i mean sometimes i could have an uneasy feeling and then it hits me
Doctor :   yes it is how the symptoms develop in any episode
User :   yeah sometimes it starts in my stomach
