Doctor :   hi
Doctor :
please give me sometime to read trough your history
User :   ok
Doctor :
what other symptoms did you have?
Doctor :
was there chest pain associated with laboured breathing? was sweating associated?
User :   no no sweating
Doctor :
ok
User :   the chest pain was not really around my heart
Doctor :
ok
User :   more in like my chest plates
Doctor :
was there burning sensation associated with the episode?
User :   burning where?
Doctor :
have you had previous episodes similar to this?
User :   like in my chest?
Doctor :
burning sensation in chest?
User :   ya i think so
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
do you have upper stomach discomfort?
User :   um i dunno cause i'm so focused on the chest thinking i'm having a heart attack
User :   the more i think about it the worse it is.
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
did you feel a squeezing feel in your chest when this happened?
User :   don't think so
Doctor :   ok
User :   what's the burning mean?
Doctor :
do you excessively think about you being alone at home with the baby?
User :   yes
Doctor :
is there any other stressor factor that you can think of?
User :   and my son had a febrile (or however you spell that) seizure dec. 1
User :   which has had me freaked out
Doctor :   ok
User :   also my husband has been away
Doctor :
children when they have high fever can have seizure attacks
Doctor :
and they are common upto 5 years of age
User :   ya we discovered that
Doctor :
you do not need to be so very worried but be focussed on controlling the temperature
Doctor :
so as soon as fever starts for him, you need to give medication to control it and not let it go very high
User :   his fever came out of no where we were out shopping
Doctor :
i suggest that you need to carry essential medications in your handbag for your son while going out
User :   so what does the burning mean that you asked me about?
User :   i do now
User :   very paranoid about it happening again....i'm a HUGE worrier
Doctor :
I asked you for the burning sensation in upper stomach and chest region to rule out gastric/acidity related chest pain
Doctor :
you first need to relax yourself
Doctor :
being worried will not solve out any problem, rather it will worsen them
Doctor :
so relax and tell me your present symptoms in detail
Doctor :
such that I can help you better
User :   right now i'm fine the baby is in bed so i was able to take the lorazepam i was prescribed last night
Doctor :
ok
User :   i only got the tightness in my chest a few times but i jst had this feeling i was dying
Doctor :
how long back have you taken the tablet?
User :   1hr
Doctor :
ok how do you feel now?
Doctor :
are you feeling better?
User :   relaxed!
Doctor :
ok thats good.
User :   but clearly still worrying or i would be in bed lol
Doctor :
so continue to take the prescribed dose, do not stop it on your own
User :   think i might be a hypocondriach
User :   just so scared the ekg missed something
Doctor :
do not assume things...tell me the symptoms that you are facing
Doctor :
EKG will not miss anything if it is done while you are actually having the symptoms
User :   i was having them that's why i went in
Doctor :
so then if EKG turned out to be normal at that time, you need not worry
User :   sometimes it's like i can barely feel my heartbeat then all of a sudden i freak out and my heart seems to too
Doctor :
just relax and continue the medications as prescribed
User :   so anxiety really can cause all these symptoms?
