User :   yes i know it can - i guess i feel it must be related to the numbness
User :   nervous system issue or something
Doctor :   body numbness, that is not associated with radiating pain, or weakness, or inability to walk, is usually not a thing to worry about. It could be due to pressure on the nerves, on the peripheral body points
User :   derealisation is most of the time though-i thought derealisation with depression or anxiety is only momentarily
User :   would massages of any kind help the numbness?
Doctor :   yes , physiotherapy and massages will definitely help

User :   so not helpful for my numbness?
Doctor :   but trying it out will not cause any issues, but its efficacy in your case, is doubtful
