User :   My 3 year old has been diagnosed with entamoeba coli via a stool test (very few cysts) and has been given metronidazol. He has no symptoms and I thought that this bacteria was non pathogenic. Please advise whether I should continue giving him the drugs which he has been taking since Friday night. Thanks
