User :   hi i am a 38 year old male i had an angiogram wich came back all clear after i had a excercisse stress test wich indicated a blocked rear arterie i have had blood test wich were fine as were heart and lung xrays the cardioligist assured me that it was definatly a blocked arterie what could have caused this stress test to say this or could something else caused this thanks

User :   i had a pain above my left breast i was worried so i went to see my dr who thought nothing was wrong but sent me for test to put my mind at ease
Doctor :   Can you tell me the artery which he told you as blocked?
User :   back one
Doctor :   Ok, leave about the Stress ECG, the angio which is gold standard says it is not severely blocked to cause the left breast pain

Doctor :   So is the pain gone now?
User :   yes and i dont get chest pain

Doctor :   No worry now, it is a transiet pain
User :   i have heard your heart muscle can spasm could that cause it
Doctor :   Heart muscle spasm can cause such pain
Doctor :   but did the angio reveal any blockage for the heart muscle to go to spams

Doctor :   The left breast pain , the cause may not be heart related
Doctor :   Keep a check on BP. Weight and Diet
