User :   I'm a 26 year old male and about once a day I will get what seems to be a hot flash and my face gets warm and flush then my body gets warm, and at night when I lay down my legs are tingly and my left foot is numb when I wake up

User :   A couple weeks I had pneumonia about a month ago then started haveing these symptoms

User :   I drink alcohol on occasion but not very often and recently quite smoking

User :   Everything seems pretty much fine expect I don't sleep wheel because of how my legs feel
