Doctor :   the hard stools can be managed by changes in diet habits.
Doctor :   like incorporating more of high fiber foods like whole grain food items, green leafy vegetables, fruits and juices, and increased water intake
Doctor :   diet habit changes with 3 vegetable s and 3 fruit servings per day helps.
User :   so to be clear, your thinking it maybe hemorrhoids?
Doctor :   avoid taking lot of simple carbohydrates and fatty foods like rice, pasta, potatoes etc. avoid non vegetarian food more than 3-4 times a week
Doctor :   it could be hemorrhoids, it can be confirmed/ruled out by getting an examination done.
