Doctor :   are yoiu there
User :   i was suffering from anal fissure two years ago. It healed subsequently with the help of a 'nati' medicine. But a skin tag/sentinel tag remained. It gave me no pain or discomfort till now. But from around 6 weeks the fissure has reocurred. I am currently under ayurvedic medication-tab styplon and kusumolin ointment. I keep my stools smooth and maintain healthy food habits. Though the bleeding has stopped, the 4-5 hours immediately after passing stools is like hell for me. The rectal region pains a lot and I cant sit properly even for 5 minutes. I believe it is because of anal spasm. I dont want to opt for surgery. How can I relieve the pain? Pls help.
Doctor :   Ok let me read it
Doctor :   What i would say after your brief description is to get yourself examined by a general surgeion
