User :   I am 25 years old. I am single about to get married.
I am concerned about the amount of semen I am ejaculating these days. The semen is thick and comes just in 2 -3 squirts.
Just a couple of months back it used to be much more. Say like 7 - 8 squirts every time i ejaculated.
I am concerned why?
