User :   I had this one question on alcohol

User :   i consume 180ml of dark rum everyday at around 7pm, and then have dinner by 10pm... does drinking Rum regularly poses serious alcoholic problems,, and with this consumption am I alcoholic??? i cannot stop having it,, but i ensure i just have 180ml regularly
User :   This I am doing since an yar and previously for 6 months, it was the same with vodka,, previous to vodka it was the same with whiskty.. overall am regularly drinking everyday since 2 and a half years
Doctor :   Yes daily consumption of 180 ml is serious and can cause liver cirrhosis, intestinal problems and other diseases.
Doctor :   First of all daily is not recommended and if you want then also not more than 60 ml
User :   ok... how do i counter the effect that might have happened so far
User :   I am 28 years old and weigh 67 kgs,, with a ht of 5ft 5 inches....
Doctor :   You should immediately reduce the consumption
User :   i regularly walk for about 3 kms, and exercise mostly stretching for about 15 mins,,, Could you suggest me some dietary practices
Doctor :   Focus more on Fruits and veggies, at least 3 servings of fruits per day
User :   ohk... should i undergo any tests to make sure about the condition of liver, intestine etc
Doctor :   You can go for LFT, KFT and Hemogram which will hwlp to know the condition of liver and kidney
Doctor :   Eat a balanced diet of proteins, fats and carbs.
