how can i help you?

I have habit of mastrubation from the age on 19 and at times 5 times in a week and i have alcohol atleast weekly twice.

My food habit is also not so good as i am from hostel from the age of 7 and now i am working in partial night shift.

Request you to suggest i the way that i can improve my sperm cout or how can i check my fertility.
