User :   I am a male, 20 years and my height is 163.5 CM i.e., 5.35 Feet.

User :   I am very concerned about my height. Is it possible to grow after this age ?
Doctor :   not really- you grow till your bones grow and by now you have attained your full height
Doctor :   your height is hereditary- and nutrition and exercise will not make a significant difference
Doctor :   unless- it is very bad nutrition
User :   Is there any other possibilities of atleast adding one or two inches more... Like any exercises that could strecth my spine or joints ? For nutrition its not a problem !

User :   My grandfather is Normal and even my other Uncle's in both my patrial n matrial side are normal.... Normal in the sense taller than me, like average
