User :   Hi my father has parkinsons and wants to fly to australia, he has circulation probs

User :   I'm not sure if he is fit, he is slow walking and shaky etc, is that good for long haul flights?
Doctor :   Parkinson's disease is a neuro degenerative disorder and it affects a persons motor function speech and cognitive function
Doctor :   this does not affect him from travel
Doctor :   but it demands a bystander all the time with them
