Doctor :   ok
User :   but for the past three months even though I do not smoke, and take medications regularly, my diet has relaxed a little bit and i do not go for walk either
Doctor :   ok
User :   is there anything to worry about getting a second attack because of that stopping walking?
Doctor :   Yes, the recurrence is possible if you have not set in the right lifestyle modifications and continue for lifetime
Doctor :   The main recommendation to avoid next attack is regular exercise
Doctor :   The exercise is to be moderate
User :   doctor what should i do right now to avoid next attack immediately within the next few months?
Doctor :   You should not fear about the attack since you have stopped walking
Doctor :   YOu should resume walking
Doctor :   and cut on fat in your diet
Doctor :   Get a regular check up once every 3 months or as advised by your treating Cardiologist
User :   doctor, can I get a second attack despite being on all those medications?

Doctor :   Please continue with whatever the lifestyle you got to take
Doctor :   30 min to 40 min of walk twice a day
Doctor :   or till the time you feel you have mild shortness of breath
Doctor :   Low fat diet
User :   I will follow all the lifestyle modifictions doctor, but pls your opinion about EECP as an option for heart patients to avoid bypss?
Doctor :   Why do you think about Bypass
Doctor :   As the evidence says, if a person is following the lifestyle modificaiton with correct follow up
User :   I not only worry about bypass, i even worry about sudden cardiac death and other in-stent restenosis etc..
Doctor :   he may not get a second attack for 20 to 25 also
Doctor :   years
User :   sorry to ask you this question but if I give up working on my diet and exercise by not doing them and eat whatever I want, how long will it be before I get into danger?
Doctor :   I think you should not ask this question at this time, always be positive
User :   IT is the third time I am chatting with you and you have given me always enough confidence to cope up
Doctor :   Do your best
Doctor :   A person with heart disease has to always be positive
Doctor :   He shoiuld nto have anxiety
Doctor :   He should not have this negative attitude
User :   My job wants me to work in night shift ( BPO)
Doctor :   That is why the doctors sometimes put the persons on anti anxiety medication too
Doctor :   If the profile of the job is not good. please change it or speak to your manager to put in right shift given your medical condition
Doctor :   That too you have an early heart disease
Doctor :   For a healthy heart, you please get your right sleep, diet and exercise with good follow up
Doctor :   Night shift actually can be risky because of loss of rythm in sleep
Doctor :   Very good
User :   Thank you doctor, now to ask you about my mother.

Doctor :   like Complication of High BP, complication of thyroid problem she already has
Doctor :   She immediately needs a good follow up with Doctor
User :   Should I take her to Endocrinologist for thyro or orthopedist for OA, or neurologist for tremors, I am so confused..
Doctor :   Please take her to a General Physician for evaluation first
Doctor :   If required he referes to required specialist
Doctor :   With all these problem first engage a Family General physicina
Doctor :   whom you have to go each tim
Doctor :   You do not need to Specialists every time and get confused
User :   Doctor, now back to my problem, i some times feel a slight pinching tpe of pain in the left side of my chest that goes away in seconds what could be the cause of that???
Doctor :   If the pain is not lasting for more than 10 to 15 min
Doctor :   and if the pain is pinching it may not be because of heart
