User :   I have discovered a vertical shaped lump on the areola of my right breast - just below the nipple. I'm 39 and never been pregnant. I have a strong family history of breast and ovarian cancer. My mum managed to remain in remission from her breast cancer for 6 years (diagnosed at the age of 49) however during that time she developed ovarian cancer and lost her battle at the age of 55. My GP has referred me urgently to my local Breast Clinic - appointment is 27th July. I would welcome your thoughts & suggestions.
Many thanks.
