User :   yeah
Doctor :   However, if you do not treat the acute renal failure early, there are chances that it can become a longstanding/chronic kidney problem.
Doctor :   Acute renal failure is caused by various factors.
User :   ok
Doctor :   A creatinine of 6 and above needs treatment.
User :   is it necessary to dialysis because we have advised to do that
Doctor :   The treatment is by medical drugs, fluid replacement and the treatment for the cause.
User :   can u make me more clear sir
Doctor :   If he has symptoms of acute renal failure, such as inability to pass urine, swelling of the body, breathing difficulties, then he needs dialysis.
Doctor :   I shall put to you in simple words.
Doctor :   The treatment for acute renal failure is by conservative therapy which includes medical drugs and fluids.
User :   till now he is passing urine normally , nothing body swelling,
User :   he had breathing problem but not now
Doctor :   Dialysis is essential if the creatinine is high, that is above 6 and is having symptoms of high creatinine levels.
User :   I agree sir
User :   but why the report shows some variation
Doctor :   However if he is not having any symptoms, then conservative treatment in the form of medications, iv fluids can be first tried.
Doctor :   And monitor the creatinine levels during this will be needed,
Doctor :   If the creatinine is not getting reduced, then dialysis is the last option.
Doctor :   Hence the need for dialysis is based on the lab findings and the presence of symptoms.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
