Doctor:Let me guide you regarding this.
User:and some pain killers to manage pain
Doctor:The pain and numbness which you mentioned usually occurs when there is a cervical spine issue.
Doctor:Was the MRI done for your cervical spine?
User:with a screening of the entire spine
User:my ortho mentioned tht the MRI is normal
Doctor:Since it was normal, there is no need to worry.
Doctor:It was the right thing that you have done by consulting the ortho.
Doctor:It seems that the pain killers you are using might not be helping you much.
Doctor:It might be needed to recheck with the doctor if the pain is persisting.
User:do i need to consult an orho again?
Doctor:As the pain is persisting, you may have to consult again.
User:do u think this pain could be because of stress or emotional disturbance?
Doctor:Iw ill explain how it occurs. That might help you to better understand the situation.
Doctor:As explained before, your investigations seem to be fine.
Doctor:Only way is to see again, if there is any other organic causes.
Doctor:If nothing is there, then the only possibility remaining is stress. It does not mean that you are thinking that there is a pain.
Doctor:Sometimes, stress causes release of certain chemicals in the body.
Doctor:This itself will cause pain at different parts.
Doctor:So as you said, sometimes this also might be a cause.
Doctor:But this can be confirmed only by a orthopedic surgeon.
Doctor:, after a proper physical examination and nvestigations.
