User :   my father is suffering from acute asthma. he is getting tired immediately even he is doing brush. his feet & face are swelling. what can i do?

User :   formonide 200 inhaler, tiova inhaler, tab. doxolin, tab eptoin, tab lenzyncet

Doctor :   The first step in asthma management is environmental control. Asthmatics cannot escape the environment, but through some changes, they can control its impact on their health

Doctor :   you should make sure you do the following

Doctor :   1) Clean the house at least once a week . i mean proper dusting with him not in the room and make sure at that time he has a mask
Doctor :   2) Avoid pets with fur or feathers
User :   that we are doing every day
Doctor :   3) Encase the mattress, pillows and box springs in dust-proof covers

Doctor :   there is only limited care in asthma and our main aim is to avoid the attack
Doctor :   otherwise if the attacks are getting very severe then he needs to be admitted under supervision

Doctor :   so that we can pin point the cause
User :   sry 10 days
Doctor :   and in the hospital he was ok
User :   but again aftr 20 days same prob. is persisting
User :   ya some what ok
User :   also last 15 days he was ok, now from last 5 days again probs are coming
Doctor :   another option would be to try to change the medications and maybe give more dosage that ofcourse his pulmonologist will do
