User :   I shifted 3 months back and somehow the weather is not suiting my skin here......Im getting some rashes slightly like acne which leave black spots on skin......please suggest a remedy...i thought it would recede by itself......but its not happening

User :   i never got acne in my entire life....and now at the age of 29 its a little weird
Doctor :   need not be weird and it can appear at any time in the adults more so it is very much common in adolescence
Doctor :   following are otc medications in the usa to lighten the dark spots

Doctor :   Lustra, Eldoquin, Melanol, Aclaro
User :   i also have very sensitive skin....all these medications hopefully shouldnt spark another allergy??
Doctor :   you can obtain any one of them and apply on the face leaving the eye circles and near the angle of mouth and nose

User :   it means i get rashes to many chemicals
User :   so i use only medicated stuff like cetaphil to wash my face

Doctor :   you need to use sunscreen lotion and moisturizer cream while using the above said cream
User :   what does that mean??? i use sunscreen everyday
Doctor :   it means if you start using any of the Lustra, Eldoquin, Melanol, Aclaro creams than it is mandatory to use a sunscreen lotion which is also a moisturizer
Doctor :   it is good if you are already using a sunscreen lotion
Doctor :   what is the spf of the sunscreen lotion you are using
User :   spf 25
Doctor :   is the lotion a non comodogenic type ?
User :   no i think it is comodogenic
User :   can u recommend a suncreen lotion??
Doctor :   you need to use a non comodogenic suncreen with spf above 15 and which also contain moisturizer
Doctor :   cetaphil do have that
Doctor :   and also neutrigena too
Doctor :   since you are using cetaphil cleanser try finding out one such cream in cetaphil brand itself

User :   also if fresh acne appear is there something i can put

User :   alacro, lustra??
Doctor :   yes any of the alacro, lustra
Doctor :   can apply peroxin cream if there appears fresh acne
