User :   i am having acne problem since long now .. been like 7-8 years

User :   retina did help a bit but the time i stop it it comes back

User :   like usually after shave or bath ..

User :   dryness is there ..
User :   so i think its dry

is the nose and the surrounding part oily and the cheek part is dry?
User :   nose and surrounding part usually get red sometimes
User :   and on other parts i guess dryness
User :   but i never saw dryness on nose and surrounding part
User :   so probably that is oily?

User :   so which moisturizer shall i buy?

you can use any of the moisturizer marketed telling it is for the dry skin
User :   any specific you want to suggest?
User :   or recommend?
Doctor :   i shall go for Neutrogena moisturizer for the dry skin types

you should no the correct way of using it

after washing the face

when the skin is still wet

apply the moisturizer to the face and neck region

more to be applied on the dry zone

and little less on the oily zone

also see if you pad dry the face

wet the face with water before applying the moisturizer

User :   when can i expect to see any improvements?

skin and hair and nail problems take at least 3 to six months for any change to be noticed

but an slight improvement will be there after 28 to 39 days
