User :   I suffer from acidity and i feel it is a bit cronic...

User :   I dont drink, but i recently picked up the habit of smoking (6 months back)

User :   On weekdays I have my breakfast at 7.30 am which consist of cornflakes/muesli with milk, few slice of brown bread and an egg

User :   It has been the same for the last 3 years with very small variations

User :   i had done a few, once it was to check symptoms of malaria/thypoid and once it was during a routine health check

Doctor :   1. include a good nutritious diet

Doctor :   they have good vitamin and fibre as well as antioxidants
Doctor :   they give good immunity as well
Doctor :   avoid smoking , cut down the tea/ coffee intake to 2 cups
Doctor :   also reduce stress
Doctor :   you can consume dairy products
Doctor :   nuts , paneer , glass of milk at night will all help in weight gain

Doctor :   do not over exercise , a brisk walk for 15 to 30 minutes would be sufficient
