User :   from past 3-4months i seems to be having acidity very frequently.

User :   sometimes i feel heavyness

User :   yes very aften.. lately of week i still feel hugry even after having good meal

User :   no.. i haven't been taking any

User :   apart from these i have sleeping problem. after getting up in the morning my body is still feel tired and enthusiasm level goes down before work has began for the day.
Doctor :   There are good medicines to control acidity like, Ranitidine, proton pump inhibitors which are really good.
Doctor :   You need to avoid spicy and junk foods,
Doctor :   May I know the duration of your sleep.

User :   how about waking up 2-3 times in midnight.. yes feel stressed out always
Doctor :   Stress can affect your sleep pattern. Waking in midnight is not good.
Doctor :   First of all you need to avoid stress.
Doctor :   Do meditation or prayer before going to sleep.
Doctor :   Avoid excess of tea or cofffee.
User :   yes.. i don't take tea/coffee during the days except on mornings
