User :   hi
User :   i m too oversensitive too pungent food like pungent food
User :   Eating these foods causes impaired sleep that very same night and can occur for several days or more
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Ok
User :   It also induces night-sweating, frequent urination, dark concentrated and abundant urination, increased mental activity and usually noticable increased heart-beat. The nature of the impaired sleep is usually an inability to get sufficient sleep due to early awakenings. Eating pungent foods always results in early awakening (04.00 AM to 06.00 AM), followed by an inability to resume sleep apparently due to increased mental alertness.
Doctor :   Since when are you having this problem?
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   You probably have Acid Peptic Disease.
Doctor :   It needs life style modifications more than any drugs.
User :   The need to urinate is usually the trigger for awakening. I sense a general shortage of drowsiness. I.e. I don\'t get drowsy easily and drowsiness is never very strong, although I feel very fatigued. Drowsiness occurs later at night after eating pungent food, sometimes as late as 04.00 AM depending on the amount and on how pungent the food is. Susceptibility for the effects of pungent food tends to be greater when I\'m more deprived of sleep. Food known to cause problems include: wasabi, chilli pepper, pepper, garlic, ginger. Maybe and to lesser extend: onions and cinnamon. Eating pungent food that doesn\'t taste pungent (i.e. pungents are used in prepared food but can\'t be sensed by taste) immediately results in hot rushes, indicating an increased sensitivity
Doctor :   Do you have any addictions like smoking and alcohol?
User :   ya alcohol
User :   but i m sensitive specially to pungent foods
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Please close this browser and log in from another browser, if you face a problem now,

Doctor :   No, it is acidity.
Doctor :   You should follow these tips for a few months.
User :   so if i stop pungent food i may not face the problem
Doctor :   Firstly avoid all outside foods.
Doctor :   Avoid coffee and tea
User :   but why i use to go for urination sometimes as late as 04.00 AM
