User :   my father 86, met with a road accident. he has been in icu for last 12 days. he has left side ribs fractured and left foot fractured. no head injuries but he is in coma/ septic shock. on ventilator and drugs. can he recover?
Doctor :   there are very les chance of survival once the patient has gone to coma
Doctor :   the rib fractures may cause damage of lungs
