User :   Iâ??m 27 female. Diagnosed with GERD and IBS-C for approx 9 years. Lately Iâ??ve been having a horrible time with bloating. The bloating started about 1 year ago, and around that time I also lost my appetite, almost completely. I have cut out gas forming foods, veggies and beans. I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and was also tested for celiac. I also had blood work, CBC and comprehensive metabolic panel I believe. All came back normal. This was about 5 months ago. Now I am experiencing awful pressure in upper stomach area even when I have not eaten. It is relieved somewhat through a belch or passing gas but that is minor. I am bloated almost every day not and I distend sometimes 6 in. I am wondering if I should be concerned with other areas besides the digestive tract, namely the pancreas. Would you recommend a CT scan or further testing or does it sound more like IBS? Thank you so much!!
