User :   its me, the person who had the stomach ache
User :   My stomach hasn't hurt in the past couple days, and i had used the restroom ever day, normal stool.
User :   I am eating mash potatoes and pot roast with mushrooms, so i am totally healed now right?
Doctor :   You have improved more that what is expected.
User :   today morning, i ate spicy pork, with rice, and felt great. No irritation from the stomach, no irritation from the intestines.
Doctor :   Following the same measures and no more anxiety will be the key in maintaining the good health.

User :   So i am all healed doctor?
Doctor :   Yes, you have become normal.
User :   I am still avoiding dairy, because i am nervous, last time i ate cheese, my stomach was rumbling, no diarrhea, just flatus, and rumbling.
Doctor :   If your symptoms are getting precipitated after a diary product/a particular diary product, it will be best that you avoid those.
User :   Yeah, i am going to give my stomach another week until i actually consume dairy.

User :   okay doctor, and i have been eating banana's, oranges, and fiber.
User :   what does fiber do?
Doctor :   Fibres help in increasing the bulk of the stool, helping in regulating the bowel habits.
Doctor :   They have a role in controlling cholesterol levels too.
User :   so, does fiber make stool soft or hard?
User :   today, my stool was a light brown color, and was soft.
Doctor :   The stools are soft with high fibre diet.
User :   oh okay, so thats normal?
User :   like whenever i eat a granola bar with fiber, i would wake up the next day with a bit of pressure and an ache in the morning, then i would feel pressure, and i would use the restroom, and my stool would be soft.

User :   Okay doctor, is rice considered fiber?
Doctor :   Brown rice is considered to contain good fibre.
Doctor :   White rice isn't.

User :   Oh okay, i stopped eating the pot roast and fried calarmari, because my stomach was aching a bit, so now i am eating rice with my moms spicy pork i ate today morning.
User :   So doctor, its normal to wake up in the morning, feeling a bit of pressure and an ache in the lower area, then having soft stool?

User :   Yes right now, i am feeling rumbling feeling in my lower area.

User :   Yes, i had to pay, since i ran out of time, so i got the monthly package.
User :   I am actually getting a lot of flatus right now after eating, it's a bit discomfort, but not like's just a little bit uncomfortable.
Doctor :   These symptoms are normal, and you don't need to become worried.
User :   Today, i ate at 2pm, and right now its 750pm, which is my only 2 meals i ate today, since i wasn't really hungry after i ate my lunch today.
Doctor :   Anxiety will only aggravate your symptoms.

User :   So should i eat or wait a bit?
Doctor :   Be regular with your diet, destress yourself with proper sleep and avoid worries.
