User :   I have been into Professionals Sports for 10 yrs

User :   However gave up at the age of 21 & have a pretty sedentary life styls for 5 yrs

Doctor :   The distribution of obesity in males is called Central obesity where it gets deposited in abdomen.

Doctor :   And is very common these days with the reasons that you have mentioned

Doctor :   For this you need to specifically exercise for yuor abs

User :   height is 160 cms - 5 ft 4 inches

Doctor :   That seems to be almost perfect, may be a bit 2/3 kgs over, no issues

User :   its just the abdominal fat that worries me, esp since it lowers speed when playing a sport

Doctor :   1. You need to spend at least 30 mins a day fro floor execrises

User :   Floor Exercises - any specfic exercises u recommend?
Doctor :   2. there are different types of these exercises like A.cycling on floor , B.raising alternate legs to 30 degrees and 6o degrees, C. Raising both legs to 45 degrees

Doctor :   3. Raising yourself to touch your toes -ab exrecises , just take care you dont hurt your back - keep a pillow undreneath your spine
Doctor :   4. Yogasnas like namaskars at least 10 everyday

Doctor :   5. Padhasthasana, Paschomotanasana,Chakrasana and Ardhakatichakrasana ,Ardhachakrasana are the most recommended for Your good self.
