User :   Hello, I have been having TERRRIBLE STOMACH PROBLEMS

User :   for the past 3 or 4 years.... after I eat dinner (not lunch or breakfast) I get terrible gas (i think gas?) pains and they get worse and worse if I do not immediately use the toilet
User :   they have come and gone 3 months Ill have it, then I wont have it another 3 months etc..
User :   but these pains in my lower stomach are TERRIBLE, i cry!

User :   yes sometimes the pain makes me feel a little naucous

Doctor :   use plenty of water and fruits and vegetables
User :   wont laxatives just make me poop?
User :   what do you think the problem is
User :   oh yes -- i barely drink that much fluids
Doctor :   may be constipation or abnormal bowel movements

Doctor :   so better switch on to high fibre diet
Doctor :   and drink plenty of oral fluids
