User :   Hello
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
how can i help you?
User :   I cannot seem to get an adequate or satisfying answer from any doctor and could use help.
User :   I am a 22 year old female, 5'6" 120 pounds so I am not overweight or unhealthy. The only chronic health problems I have are ADHD and migraines
User :   I had surgery in March 2009 to tighten the capsule of my shoulder. Before that, my hip, back, and neck were always a little sore.
Doctor :   ok
User :   Now I am in chronic pain, especially in my hip. My right leg and buttock feel like they are on fire, with sharp pain and numbness, weakness, and tingling
Doctor :
ok
User :   My joints hurt. One by one. It's migrating to different joints and just gets worse. I am a med student so I am trying to do some investigating of my own. I am very stressed, not myself, a bit unhappy, and chronically fatigued.
Doctor :
ok

User :   Fibromyalgia? Arthritis? Sciatica?
Doctor :   hi
User :   Hello
User :   Any suggestions? Thoughts on what it could be?
Doctor :
yes i will try to help u in this
Doctor :
what are the investigations u have taken?
User :   I have researched many chronic pain and joint disorders. There has been no redness, warmth in the area, or swelling
User :   Which led me to question fibromyalgia and arthritis
User :   The 11 trigger points are exactly where I hurt.
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
what are the investigations u have taken?
Doctor :   defnetly not sciatica
User :   Well I have researched almost every joint and chronic pain disorder/disease imaginable. I have had cortisone injections, MRIs, and x rays.
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
whats is the result of the reports?
User :   But many of the things I have researched have only addressed pain with moving. My right leg hurts, burns, and tingles most when sitting.
Doctor :   ok

User :   All of my joints pop with any slight movement. You can hear the bones grinding when I move. Muscle cramps/spasms are frequent. Migraines are almost everyday now.
Doctor :
ok
User :   However, when my right leg is moved the popping noise is definitely not the bone. It isn't loud enough and I cannot feel the bone popping.
Doctor :
ok
User :   But if I put all of my weight on my right leg, it will dislocate
Doctor :
ok
User :   As ridiculous as it may sound, my instinct tells me it is something serious. After all, I am only 22.
Doctor :   ok

User :   Symptoms are far worse on my right side, upper and lower body
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
what are the reports of the investigations done?
User :   I don't know what is wrong with me
User :   I cannot figure it out
Doctor :   itks ok calm down
User :   Any thoughts?
Doctor :
i just want to know what are the investigations done and the results ?
User :   MRI, X rays, all normal
Doctor :   if ur right knee is going to get dislocated why is mri report normal?
User :   My right hip will dislocate if I stand on my right leg only. It does not stay out of place.
Doctor :
have u taken mri of right hip?
User :   I had a full body MRI because of migraines
Doctor :
ok
User :   Then just one of upper body before shoulder surgery
Doctor :
why did u go for shoulder surgery ?
User :   My capsule was loose and my shoulder would fall down in the socket
Doctor :
ok
User :   There was a large gap between ball and socket
Doctor :
was there any injury/accident to the shoulder joint?
User :   No
Doctor :   when did u underwent surgery?
User :   March 2009
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
from when u had shoulder problem?
User :   About a year
Doctor :
ok
User :   Worsened over time
Doctor :
what was the reason?
Doctor :
did doctor told anything about that?
User :   The capsule was just stretching more and more. The joint was too flexible.
User :   Did not mention any possibility of degenerative joint disease, arthritis, etc
Doctor :
yes ,did the doctor told the reasion ?why the very normal capsule year back has become like that?
User :   Well I was a gymnast for 10 years, so I am very flexible.
Doctor :   ohh ok

User :   But I stopped gymnastics 6 years ago
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :   have u done RA FACTOR ?
User :   No
Doctor :
just do one RA FACTOR
User :   Okay
Doctor :   let us see the result
User :   Okay
User :   Thank you
Doctor :
if even that is negative
Doctor :   the diagnosis will be in favour of fibromyalgia
User :   Makes sense.
Doctor :
fcos DIAGNOSIS OF FIBROMYALGIA IS A MATTER OF EXCLUSION
Doctor :
THERE IS NO SPECEIFIC TEST TO DIAGNOSE FIBROMYALGIA
User :   Okay
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
when are u gonna tell me the report?
User :   I can go to the doctor Friday and tell you then
Doctor :

Doctor :
