User:yes - my father in law is 72 yrs old
User:and he has lung fungal infection and taking 5 type of antibiotics and also steroids
User:he is asthmatic patient
User:so just wnat to know what ll happen now if he doesnt recover
User:his condition is not so good
Doctor:what was he diagnosed as?
User:he is also given this tablet itraconazole 100mg
User:lung fungal infection and swelling of limbs and difficult in breating
Doctor:does he have any other medical illness?
Doctor:like bp, diabetes

Doctor:Fungal infection of lung is not severe thing to be treated
Doctor:but since he ha asthma and bp he might have difficulty recovering
User:also just want to know how severe the death would be and what type of severe symptoms he will get

Doctor:there will be restrictive lung functions, difficulty in breathing, low immunity

Doctor:since he is already diagnosed with the disease, only thing possible now is care
Doctor:asthmatics should take particular care of their health
Doctor:they will be prone to respiratory infections
Doctor:due to their low immunity levels
