Doctor :   After going the details, the findings on the sonography report suggests that
Doctor :   1) right ovarian cyst - hemorrhagic might be caused to hormonal imbalance as her periods is also for a day.
Doctor :   She needs to get examined by a Gynec doctor as she would require hormone replacements and surgery if required.
Doctor :   Hemorrhagic cyst has complications of rupturing which might become a major complication later.
Doctor :   2) Mild hepatomegaly too could be a cause of hormonal imbalance but other systemic causes has to be ruled out.
Doctor :   For this liver function test would be required.
Doctor :   And serum hormonal levels has to be checked.

User :   right ovary measures 3.6 x 2.7 cms
User :   appears cystic with few fine internal echoes suggestive of right ovarian cyst
Doctor :   This size is considered to be on the higher sides. It would be better to get examined by gynec.

User :   left ovary size is 2.8 x 1.6
Doctor :   Yes ovary size has been increasing due to bleeding like a balloon filled with water.

Doctor :   The treatment would be to reduce the size of the cyst by hormonal therapy.
Doctor :   If not reducing or in cases of hemorrhage if required has to be drained surgically.

User :   bu why will it affect the left hand doctor
Doctor :   And about the weakness of the left hand it could be due to any compression of the nerve or deficiency of calcium and vitamin B.
Doctor :   You can take Tab SHELCAL once a day for 15 days and Tab BECOSULES once a day for 15 days. Both of them after food.
User :   you mean it is not linked to acidity
Doctor :   No, It is not related to acidity.
User :   can i take TAB one after lunch and another after dinner
Doctor :   Yes, you can follow that.
Doctor :   In acidity there are chances of having chest or back pain.
User :   my wife also has hand pain starting from shoulder, it pulls
