User :   I have a 2 yeard old baby and she is developing rashes in different parts of her body
User :   the rash is around the lower back, armpits
Doctor :   Ok

User :   cluster of small boils... doesn't seem to irritate her
User :   yes... first time for something like this, as an infant she had something around her neck
User :   initially I thought it was a nappy rash, but it is not only in that region, but in the armpits as well

Doctor :   how many spots are there?
User :   it is very small and many... can hardly be seen, but can be felt when running my finger over the area

User :   it was noticed about two days back... no pus formation
Doctor :   From the history and the way you describe the rash, it is called Heat rash

Doctor :   thee are different intensities of dry rash

User :   maybe... we were at a beach resort last week, but Bangalore is not very hot, so shouldn't it have settled by now

Doctor :   It happen i n children because they could not moist their skin well enough

User :   so a moisturizing lotion is the best option? didn't understand the last question

Doctor :   Give mild luke worm bath
Doctor :   Do not use very hot water
Doctor :   Give bath no mothan 5-6 minutes
Doctor :   more you spent in water more the skin will dry
User :   okay... we do that every day, but could reduce the time
User :   is a lotion required?
Doctor :   After the bath, use soft towel
Doctor :   wife it , do not rub

Doctor :   Afrter that apply moisturiser from t top to bottom
Doctor :   I suggest good quality moisturizer
