Why is my vagina itchy?

Ok so i had sex 5 days and out of no where when i woke up my vagina was itching. It is like so horrible i can't stop scratching, but its annoying. There is no discharge and no smell. I have been having sex with this boy for 4 months now and nothing has happened before. I also have these weird looking bumps on the inside of my thighs, so i was thinking i might be allergic to the condom he used? someone please help.
I already have been tested for STDs because i went to my obgyn three days ago. everything came back normal.
oh and by the way, im not nasty i shower everyday
