However a complete description of your menstrual periods, what age they started?, are they regular? how many days each month, How many days do you bleed during periods etc would have been helpful. You can manage or sometimes reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome by making changes in the way you eat, exercise and approach daily life. Reduce stress, Exercise daily for atleast 30 minutes and diet modifications. Please report the symptoms to your treating doctor by taking a record of them, which is more important. Your doctor guides you regarding the diet and exercise. Stress relieving measures too.
