Hey i'm 14 and I've just started my period. I feel SO sick and I have terrible pains in my stomache. I constantly feel as if I'm going to throw up and I have already thrown up once this morning. I'm feeling very very queazy . I've taken 2 pain killers to try and get rid of the pain but it hasn't worked. Is something wrong with me? This has only just started - like - as soon as I started my period.. :(

Don't worry, I started my period at about 14 too. The bad news is that for a few months it will be a bit horrible like this every month but it does settle down, and if it doesn't, when you're a bit older you can go on the pill, which will regulate your periods and make them a lot lighter and virtually pain free.
Nothing is wrong with you, I used to get really awful cramps so badly that I couldn't get out of bed for the first day, I remember thinking arrgh what's wrong with me!?
A hot water bottle on your stomach and a bit of hot chocolate will make it feel a bit better, but unfortunately it is just one of those things we have to go through!
