Okay... I am 11 going on 12 and about 2 weeks ago i had little brown spots in my knickers. Yesterday and today i have had lots of brown stuff and when i wipe , well... quite a bit of blood. I am diagnoised with right ovarian cyst. The ultrasound report reads, multiseperated right ovarian cyst (~32 x 24 mm) showing peripheral wall vascularity with no floating internal echoes. Is it a complex cyst??? Does it need to be operated upon immediately???

I miscarried at 7 weeks pregnant the first weekend in November. We have been trying to conceive since then but my periods have been very irregular.
