I am 37 years, a senir executive in an MNC.... I had high cholesterol three months back!! Please advice?????

Hi... High cholesterol levels are managed by diet, exercises, and drugs.. You may have to follow a strict diet which contains low fat and low calories, regular exercises to loose weight, and use lipid lowering drugs.. These drugs are available in the pharmacy under various brands.. Contact your doctor who can advise you the best one.. Other co morbid conditions have to be treated.. Restrict your alcohol intake.. Keep monitoring your cholesterol regularly atleast once in a year.. All the best..

You have to follow using diet which has low cholesterol content.. Exercise to reduce weight needed.. Regular medications as advised by your doctor have to be followed.. Cardiac status has to be checked regularly too...
