If you are a young guy then probably down to curiousity about others body and if you have just showered it could be the hot water has encouraged erection It can be a bit embarrassing in a communal changing room if this happens , but it is not uncommon for guys to become at least semi erect . Some guys will encourage an erection as they feel more comfortable amongst others when it looks a bit bigger. Maybe you are gay , or bi and attracted to other guys , but nowadays this is no big deal . So long as you don't stare at the other guys who are naked and make them feel uncomfortable just get on with dressing whether you are erect or not
